FAQs
When are the automated birthday cards mailed?
All of our automated cards are mailed about a week before each contact’s birthday since the post office typically takes 2-6 days to deliver them.
Can I brand my card design for my business?
Definitely. You can upload your own card design using our Upload Your Own option or alternatively, you can upload your logo into any of our customizable logo card templates here.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we offer automatic volume discounts on every order over 200 cards. We also offer deep discounts if you purchase account credit in advance.
How do I order more of an existing automated project?
Once you’ve placed an order, that automated project will live in your account on your Projects page so you can review the details anytime. You can click on your project from there, then click on ‘add/edit recipients’ at the top of that page to add new recipients and place a new order to get those cards scheduled as well.
Can I edit an address or recipient for a scheduled card after my order has been placed?
Yes. You can do this by clicking on your automated birthday card project from the Projects page, then clicking on the ‘add/edit recipients’ link at the top under the total number of recipients. Then you can search recipients by name and edit any of the address fields for them. If you need to remove someone from your mailing, you can hover over their name and click on the trash can icon that appears to the right, and that’ll cancel their card from sending and a refund will be credited back to your account.
